Cutting measurements:
Solid cardstock: 5 ¾” x 3 5/8”. Score at 4 ½” (Base) & 4
7/16” x 3 5/8” (front)
Pattern paper: 4 ¾”
x 3 1/2” (front) & 1 1/8” x 3 1/2” (front flap)
Black card stock: 3” x 3 ½” & 1 ½” x 3 5/8”(Trim)
White cardstock: 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” (stamp image)
- Cut the paper bag at 4 ¾” from the bottom. Keep the top part of the bag for the pouch project. Set aside.
- Punch two hole on either side close to the score line on the back side of the 5 ¾” x 3 5/8” as shown in fig.1. This is where the ribbon is to go. Adhere ribbon with tape. Ribbon measures 8” long.
- Attach the base cardstock (5 3/4” x 3 5/8”) to the bag starting from the bottom of the bag covering the tape ribbon..
- Glue the front panel (4 7/16” x 3 5/8”) and the pattern paper (4 ¾” x 3 ½”). Adhere to the front of the paper bag.
- Adhere the pattern paper (1 1/8” x 3 ½”) to front flap.
- Punch the 1 ½” x 3 5/8” black cardstock stip with a scallop trim punch. Glue to the underside of the flap. Make sure that it reaches the score line.
- Stamp image to white card stock and adhere to the 3 x 3 1/2” black cardstock. Glue to the front of the flap.
- Add the Velcro dot to the underside of the flap
Finished size: 3 5/8” x 5 ½”
