Welcome to CTMH blog hop. If you are coming from Belinda McLane blog then you are on the right track. This month we are trying the Blog technique.
I made two images using this technique. It took me a few minutes to figure out how much spray to add to the block, but once you know, you just can't stop creating. Note: please let you blocking dry before you stamp an image on top.Project #1-
I blotted with two colors (Pixie # Z2644 & Sweet leaf #Z2153) and let it dry before stamping the image.
finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" |
Next, I stamped the flower with thistle ink and for the stem i used the Pear ink. Liquid glass was added on the flower.
Project # 2-
I used crystal blue ink and glacier ink. I blog one color all around and filled the open spaces with the other color. This created a light and dark background for my sentiment stamp.
- I hope you like it and would like to try it out. Now hop on to Tonya Whitehurst blog.
